How I work with you and your team:
Fractional COO
A hands-on member of your leadership team working 1-3 days a week. I work directly with you and your employees, lead growth projects, represent your business externally, and I’m always on call. I’m on your team.
Operations Consulting
Quickly diagnose problems in your business processes that could be hindering revenue increases. You and I will develop realistic solutions and implement changes in a way that works better for you, your team, and your customers.
Start-Up Advisor
You and I meet on a regular basis to develop growth strategies and find solutions to challenges. Every new business owner needs an experienced brainstorming partner that can help determine the next right steps to grow.
Crisis Consulting
Every business has its ups and downs. When you’re faced with a sudden challenge and you’re not sure about your options, it helps to have an experienced COO on your side to quickly develop an effective “all hands on deck” strategy.
This is what growth looks like.
I have over 30 years of management and executive experience across a variety of industries. I’ve designed both short and long term strategies to lead teams out of their current position and into profitability, with one client even seeing a 400% net income increase in just one year.
Growth isn’t only about revenue, though (although that certainly helps). True business growth comes in many forms, determined by the founder’s vision of how owning a business can enrich their life. Some founders want to be the next Jeff Bezos, some just want the freedom of a comfortable work-life balance that you don’t get in a normal 9-5 job. It’s up to you to decide how your business is going to work for you. It’s my job to help you achieve that goal.
One of the first questions I usually ask founders is “What was your motivation to start this business?” The second question is “How do you want this business to make your life better?” Your answer to the first question tells me where you were, and the the second tells me where you want to be. That’s the foundation for growth, and what will ultimately direct our strategy to help you make your business everything you know it can be.
